EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS
I have to admit, I was a little hesitant about buying this monitor due to the name I didn't recognize and it was Office Depot's brand (which I normally don't buy brands of the business) but Samsung or top brand names. I got this back to the office and all I can say is that I've been extremely impressed with this monitor since day 1. I've had it for over 30 days and am still amazed at the clarity, the finish (piano black glossy finish), and the compact size even though it is 21.5" widescreen. So, if you have a chance to purchase this monitor on sale, than buy it!!!!! It would be the best decision that you will make when it comes to monitors. I purchased this one when it was on sale for $149.99.

Great Quality
Pros: quality images, screen resolution, brightness, price, screen size
Cons: settings difficult to use, base is short, no speakers (understandable for price)
I love the quality of the images on the screen. I am switching from a Westinghouse 22" I bought in 2007 and am just in awe of this. The other had a dynamic ratio of 700:1 while this has 60,000:1 (higher static is better but still the quality speaks for itself). I searched for a free 1920x1080 high quality desktop image and used it to show off the monitor.
The only cons I can think of are that it doesn't have a base that can move up or down (so I had to put it on a box on my desk), no speakers, I had some trouble getting the settings right, and it wasn't on in the store so I could see how it's display appeared.
I love it however and would recommend it as an excellent low cost upgrade for your current LCD monitor.

A Good Product
I've had this monitor a little over a month now and have no complaints about it. Good picture quality. All of my family members who have used my computer have commented on how much they like my new Ativa monitor.

Pros: good clear picture
Cons: adjustments either confusing or faulty
Good monitor but On Screen Display Functions and Shortcut Function on pages 4 & 5 of the manual do not activate on the screen.

Disappointing...
Pros: great image, 1920 x 1080 full hd
Cons: dead pixels, blurry image spots, blurry waves after awhile throughout the display, can't handle coming back from sleep mode
I finally got an LCD monitor and this was it. Worked great...for about 3 hours. Then, I started realizing all these spots that were blurry, and getting blurry waves.
This monitor is a waste of money and I would never suggest this to anyone. If you're going to buy an LCD, get a Samsung or LG. Returning this one real soon.
