Lousy computer

Pros: Display Screen, design
Cons: performance, sound quality

My husband and I purchased this computer in July 2008 and so far have logged apporximately 17 hours talking to the customer service help line. We sent our computer back to HP so they could replace the external drive...when we received it back, it still didn't work. So HP replaced the entire unit. The external drive isn't working and now the sound is not working. It freezes at least twice per hour.
This purchase has been a nightmare. We are not happy with this computer at all.

GREAT KITCHEN AND FAMILY COMPUTER

Pros: Display Screen, easy to use, features, design
Cons: occasional freezes, fingerprints

I LOVE this computer. I had been looking at the touch screen by HP since they came out with them. This is a great computer for the kitchen area as it has lots of organizational tools on it (calendar, notes, etc). I use it as a TV (bought a $99 add on tuner), a jukebox with a wireless speaker (we have ALL of our music on here), and a 22 inch digital photo frame since you can set your pictures to show as a slide show - even my 3 year old loves this computer to play her games on. I do notice that this computer tends to "freeze" a little more than I'd like but the pros really out weigh the cons. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. It truly is a plug and play since you only have 1 cord to plug in. I is always a conversation piece in our kitchen.

The future of the computer!

Pros: 22" touch screen, one wire to connect, easy setup
Cons: a bluray drive option would be nice, makes all my other computers seem antiquated

This is leaps and bounds beyond the first generation HP Touchsmart computer. I love the all-in-one design and the sleek styling. The 22" touchscreen is amazingly clear and surprisingly doesn't smudge easily with fingerprints.

GREAT COMP

This is one great computer you can't go wrong with this comp. Only one power cord and u r on your way. Fantastic color and clarity just like HD. Very easy set up u can go wired or wireless it is worth the money. No more bulky tower to fool with, you can touch the screen or use the mouse just like any other comp. YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPUTER......
