Pros: helps with organization, fun colors, durable
Cons: gets scratches after long period of use
If you're looking for something to help you organize your binder by classes or other categories, look no further. Since middle school, I've stuck by this variation of Avery's dividers and used either this 8-set or the 5-set of dividers depending on course load.
These dividers have front-and-back pockets, which I have yet to find in any other variety of binder dividers. They're also durable and clear for convenience.
The only con is that, after one or two years of school use, the dividers develop smudge-like scratches and don't look as pristine as they were when new. But I wouldn't let this dissuade you, as it isn't too noticeable and the product is otherwise excellent.

Very Pleased
This product is of good quality, pleasant colors, and easy to use-printer friendly tab labels.
It is definitely worth the extra 50 cents over the Office Depot Brand 8 tab expanding 3-ring pocket dividers that I purchased by mistake.

Dividers for serious notebooks
Pros: very durable
Cons: none
The plastic dividers provide a front and back pouch for quick reference notes, or a cover sheet within the folder it self. The large tabs are well reinforced. The easy step-by-step information provided, makes printing easy for professional looking labeling. Dividers that could outlast the binder put into it!
