Great, but could be better
Pros: visibility sturdiness Cons: time-consuming to set up
I love the visibility, color-coding, size and sturdiness of these tabs. However, it is very time-consuming to apply the label to the tab, then apply the clear plastic protective label over that. This product would be ideal if the physical tab were made of a sturdy clear plastic into which the printed labels (no adhesive) could be inserted quickly.

Best system I've ever used

Amazing!
I have never been so impressed with a product before! This has been a lifesaver! It has made my office a file "heaven." I was very skeptical (especially when the software seemed so primitive), but now I am a champion for this product. I tell all my friends and hand out my own "samples" so they can fall in love with this product, too.

LOVE VIEWABLES!
This product is soooo simple and looks so Professional! My bosses complimented me on how good the company files look. Can't ask for more than that from a product. Easy to install software, easy instructions, can't say enough about how my files look! Now I am switching all my bosses files to Viewables! GREAT PRODUCT!

Viewables are grrrreat!
Viewables are easy to use and they make your my filing cabinets look good and organized. They make it a lot easier to find files and the color coding makes it easier to differentiate between my departments.

Wonderful Label system
The Smead Viewables Labeling System is wonderful. Will last all year long, if not longer. The program to type and print the labels (Viewables) is very easy, mistake proof in printing. Program & Labels very Easy set up. The only time it takes is your typing (using computer program) what you want on the labels and setting up your filing system. Color coding made simple, very simple. They protection over the labels will help keep your tabs in place and will last all year, if not for several years. Get them, life will be so much eaiser after your set up and ready to go!
