This item is small enough that you could make room on a counter or desk top. You have a slot for every day to put your bills to pay or activity reminders, even your child's school deadline reminders. Many people need to look at their reminders every day in a tangible way, not just on the computer, so things do not fall through the cracks. This is perfect. It is well-made and should last. Unlike other office products this is also very attractive so it shouldn't ruin your decor if that is a priority with you.

Very Nice Organizer
Pros: quality price
This is a very nice high quality organizer than is very difficult to find! I would have liked a deeper cherry but that's okay! I bought two of these as gifts, to help organize the recepients bills, stamps, and etc.

Great Organizing Tool!
I purchased this organizer after having seen another one that was similar. This one was only a few dollars more and was MUCH better in both quality and looks. A must for busy people that sometimes struggle with paying bills on time . . . or who, like me, are organization addicts!
