Terrible Chair!
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable
Cons: Quality: Flimsy, does not stay at the same height when i sit down.
DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!!! It looks soft and cushiony, but every time I sit down in it, it goes all the way down. So every time I sit down I have to adjust the height. I bought 2 of these for my office and they are both that way. Both myself and the other user are under 200 LBS so it is not a problem with our weight, it is an issue with the chair.

Don't buy
Pros: looks good, comfortable
Cons: low quality
This chair looks good and is comfortable, but the vinyl wears easily and the lift cylinder went out after about 6 months and now you can't raise the chair, I called the 800 customer support number from the owners manual and was surprised to talk to a real live person, they asked me a few question and said they would send out a new lift mechanism, but was out of stock and would ship when they came in, it has been 8 months and still don't have the lift cylinder, I'm not sure but I believe that if you want a good chair that will last longer than a year you'll need to spend over $600

Absolute Garbage
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable
Cons: Easily Damaged, poor quality
The chair seemed great at first. It looks good and is quite comfortable.
Three months later, the right arm of the chair broke in TWO different places. The arms completely support the back of the chair and it is now useless. The arms of the chair are made of some sort of cheap composite plastic and it is a complete design flaw.
DO NOT purchase this product.

Arms broke after about 2 months
Pros: features, comfortable
Cons: Quality: Flimsy
The arm rest which hold the chair together broke after only 2 months. I am working on getting these fixed. The arms are poor quality and they are made of a low grade plastic which is brittle. Overall, very disappointed in this product.

Review 7 for Realspace® Harrington High-Back Bonded Leather Chair, 45 3/4H x 26W x 31 1/2D, Black
I own 4 of these chairs and I think they are great for back support. However, I have encountered quality problems with the last two I purchased. The height adjustment lift on one broke after 6 months and the second one arrived with deep scratches on the plastic located on the underside of the armrests. There was a two year gap between the first two chairs I bought and the second two so quality might have fallen off somewhere in between.
I would still get another chair, but I would be testing it thoroughly upon purchase for problems. The cushions last about 3 years and the chair is very comfortable.

Not very good chair
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable
Cons: Easily Damaged, Quality: Flimsy, will not stay in position
I have not had the arm problems like others, but the seat will not stay adjusted for my height as I am short. I sit down and it sinks. I am not that heavy. The leather rips easily because my desk is older and has some rough marks under it. I just bought this chair 3/13/2011. It is comfortable but I was hoping to to get a better chair that lasted longer. Thank goodness I bought a warranty with it. It is going back today.

Very comfortable
Pros: comfort
I have a bad back, that being said this chair is supportive and super comfortable, the most comfortable office chair I have ever had. The leather is wearing quite well also and the chair is coming up on around 2 years old. Cons: I am a big guy 6’ 250lbs and the metal peace that bolts onto the chair where the base pole connects snapped. I am on the phone right now as I write this to order that part. Still a good chair though and no big deal for me to fix, and a common problem for me I have had my last 3 or so different chairs fail in a similar manner.

Held up to my 300lbs. For a while
Pros: strength to weight
Cons: poor padding on seat cushion
I went through 5 chairs in 8 months, before this one. It finally broke, tonight, right before I wrote this. Hear this, for the money, nothing will hold a big man. I'm 6'4" and 300lbs, and this chair held for almost 2 years. Just be aware, when it goes, it will be the arms around the screw holes, and it will be quick. Ensure no "friends" are around with Video feeds. A really great chair for the price

Seat is hard. Wobbles
Pros: easy to assemble
Cons: Wobbles, hard seat, short arms
This chair wobbles from side to side. After a couple of hours, the seat padding ends up deflated and you are sitting on a hard chair...totally uncomfortable.
Relatively easy to assemble. The chair has arms that are too short.

Comfy enough to accidentally fall asleep
Pros: comfy, reclines, can fall asleep on
Cons: pricey
More than what I wanted to spend on a chair, even during the Black Friday sale, but the reviews looked great and it reclines, so I went for it. MAN I'm glad I did. On at least two occasions I've put my feet up on the desk and fell asleep...without meaning to.
If you have the money lying around to spend on a chair, you'll be happy with this. I also have the "Dorra Bonded Leather Task Chair" in another room, which is half the price and probably a better option if you'd rather not spend a lot of money. I would definitely recommend that one as well, but being both high-back and reclining makes this chair worth the extra change.
By the way, pulling the height lever outward locks the chair from reclining. I went nutty trying to figure out what was wrong. Hey, smart people make stupid mistakes too.

Great Buy!
Pros: easy to assemble, comfortable
Cons: none so far
This was a Christmas present for my brother. He LOVES the chair! It was very easy to assemble, and is very comfortable. It's the best office chair he's ever had.

Great Office Chair
Pros: comfortable, attractive, easy to assemble
We needed a new office chair badly as the old one was falling apart. We visited Office Depot and sat in many chairs and finally selected this one. We purchased online to take advantage of a coupon I had. The chair arrived the next day, was simple to assemble, is gorgeous, comfortable and seems durable. Adjustments to the chair are easy and my Warcraft-addicted boyfriend adores his new chair.
I highly recommend this chair, especially for those who sit for long periods of time.

Not satisfied
This is the second one I have had. Both of them quit leaning back. You are suppose to adjust the nob underneath the chair to make it lean or not lean back. You can screw the nob up or down and it will not work. I am very frustrated with this product.

Bad chair! Very bad chair!
Pros: a good reason for buying a protection plan.
Cons: quality, durability, comfort
I read the reviews on this chair and was concerned about the durability of it. I purchased it anyway and that was a mistake. With a month it started leaning to the right. Today, four months after the purchase, the right support arm broke off making is unusable. Don't waste your money.

Review 18 for Realspace® Harrington High-Back Bonded Leather Chair, 45 3/4H x 26W x 31 1/2D, Black
I bought this chair for the office after I got tired of my rear going numb and lower back pain. The lumbar support is awesome though I wish there was a bit more cushioning in the seat. The arms are a perfect height and I love how far back it reclines! I have taken a few power naps in this chair in comfort because the back is so high. I use this chair for 10 hours a day 5-6 days a week so I am sure it will wear out at some point, but when it does I'll be right back for another!!!!!
