This chair was fairly easy to assemble, but one bolt would never secure properly on the bottom of the seat. However, this chair is still very comfortable and I would definitely buy another just like it without hesitation.

After my $275 leather office chair inexplicably keeled over (bent main shaft) after only a year and a half, I found this one on the OD website. As many have written, the chair is very plush and comfortable. It manages to be soft and cushy and at the same time supportive.

For the two weeks I've had it, I've spend hours at a time in this chair, mostly sitting at my computer straight-backed without touching the back rest and it's extremely comfortable and non-fatiguing. When I DO want to recline, it's absolutely luxurious. (Both back and arm rests are heavily padded)

It seems quite sturdy, with very easily-gliding wheels on carpet and is silent aside from a bit of new-leather squeaking.

This chair is more comfortable than most of the $250-$350 chairs that I tried out in various locations. My only problem with it is that when I recline back in it, I have a tendency to want to take a nap b/c of its comfort. I spend 7 to 8 hours a day in this chair and it is the most comfortable one that I have owned in 20 years. Highly recommended!

Assembly was very complex due to poor instructions and took almost two hours as compared to other chairs that take under 30 minutes to assemble. Leather is poor quality, very thin and easily ripped when it was caught on chair arm. I have not yet experience the arms loosening as other have, but I suspect it will come in time give the flimsy construction. I would not recommend this chair if you are not mechanically inclined or are concerned with leather that easily tears.

Very comfortable chair and real leather. It fits like a glove, great back support, can sit in for long periods of time.

I've owned this chair for over a year now, and still is doing better than I expected. You would expect after a year (and I am at my computer for a 4-8 hours a day) that it would show more wear than it has. It is still very comfortable, the leather is still holding very well. The arms do need to tightened from time to time. But overall, for the price, you just can't beat it.

I now have my chair and I am enjoying the benefits of better posture while at my computer. Easy to put together and extra screws were provided. My back is well supported and the bullt in adjustments are easy to change and fit my or my husbands bodies.

I purchased this chair aproximately one year ago despite never having sat in it or seen it in-store. I must say that I've been extremely pleased with. With several hours + of use on a daily basis, it looks almost as good as it did when it was brand new. I'm 6'1, 220lbs and the chair is a perfect size for me. The armrests are extremely comfortable and the leather is better quality & softer than you'd expect to find on most chairs in this price range.

My only complaint has been a very strong chemical odor after I took the chair out of the box. Even after letting the chair "breathe" outside for several hours it took about 3 weeks for the smell to dissipate completel. Other than that, the arms needed tightening with an Allen wrench after about 6 months of use but that's not a major deal.

Overall the best office/high-back chair I've ever owned at anywhere close to this price range! I just wish OD retail stores stocked this particular model!

I think this chair worth more than what the price is. Very soft leather, super comfort able seat surface. Only down side is the back height only a little above my nick (I am 5’7”) .
