Great APC Back-ups unit for home office. Has 10 surge protect plug-in's with 5 of them having battery back-up. Great small unit for the price! The only disadvantage is that is takes up a lot of surface space so had to move it to the floor under desk. Would have liked it more if it were an upright model with same features, taking a smaller footprint so I could place it on corner of desk unit making it easier to plug in mobile items that come and go a lot such as phone charger & tablet.

Well worth the money in saved frustration!

Pros: works very well allowing me time to shut down, if power is completely lost

Cons: not real happy with delivery. ordered on 26 dec, and was informed via email, unit would arrive by dec 31., unit wasn't even billed until dec 30, and arrived a week later., no problems with unit though., i could have made a trip to the local, store and gotten it in one day., pros & cons review area not well done either., not only a kludge but puts all text in lowercase.

APC Back-UPS ES 750
This is the second unit I've purchased and I like it. I had to get a second one for the wife when she noticed her PC was going off and on during a recent wind storm while I happily computed away. Also connected cable modem/router and additional hub to second unit. Brownouts are no longer a problem for either PC or Internet connectivity.

great small set up

Pros: easy to use, value for money

Cons: a bit heavy

this unit has allowed us to have multi power outs and still be able to assist our clients with phone and internet for up to 15 minutes. we have 1 modem, 2 routers, and a PBX system connected.

Setup is a problem

Pros: value for money

Cons: difficult to use, Design

Battery is so heavy that setup is difficult. The on/off switch is on the back which adds to the problems. I an sure that it will perform as advertised. Instructions are confusing.
