Detaches from pad easily
Pros: easy and clean detach
Don't get this pad if you plan on keeping your notes on the pad itself. Our firm writes on the top sheet then rips the sheet off the pad and puts it in our working papers. It comes off the pad really cleanly and easily, though that's exactly why you shouldn't buy this if you want to use this pad as something like a notebook where you're flipping through it for the page you wrote two weeks ago ---the pages come out too easily for it to be used like that.

Not good at all
The glue is very, very weak, so as soon as you barely move the paper, it will tear away from the top. You cannot flip the paper over the top, because it just falls away. Very aggravating. Will not buy this again. However, if you use a clip board to secure the tablet, it might work just fine. So there's a silver lining!
