We had a nasty power surge this morning thanks to CalTrans working on the 91 freeway next door. We lost all internet and phone service immediately - but the APC took the hit instead of the expensive computer equipment. Our wall outlet that the APC was plugged into looks fried now so the surge must have been a whopper.
I'm buying a replacement APC to replace the destroyed one. $39 for a new UPS unit is so much less than the other equipment would have cost to replace. Thanks for a quality product that does what it says it does!

Great Product
We have a lot of high power equipment running at each staff's desk. These back up surge protectors give you an opportunity to back up your files and secure your network in case of an outage, plus it low voltage. Great for our business.

Best Purchase Ever
If we ever had a hint of a power outage or a powersurge, my old battery backup didn't work. My computer would just shut down. With the ES-350, it's great if we lose power I have time to save and shut down in a timely manner. Great Investment!

Good
One person said only half the outlets work, but if you read the description only 3 outlets are battery backup and 3 are surge only. It is a good product, you should be able to get it on sale for $35-40

We have had three of these for over 5 years and all have worked perfectly. All outlets work. Only had to replace battery once. Always goes on battery whenever power goes out.

Pros: worked as it should when power went out
Cons: only 1/2 the plugs work less than year old
The battery backup works as it should with the exception that less than a year after purchase only 1/2 of the outlets work. I'm going to try out the 3 year warranty on it....
