Pretty good with a few complaints

This is a fairly nice chair. The leather is actually very nice, as is the design/aesthetics. However, there are a few issues with the chair:
1) The chair arms are padded but the padding is insufficient to stop you from feeling the bolt on the inside of the chair arm. It really hurts if you push down on it at the wrong angle!
2) Over time (approx. 6 months) my chair has started to squeak when I lean back in it or rotate from side to side. In general this is a pretty noisy chair.
3) The padding in the seat of the chair is pretty thin. I am 6' 2" 205lbs which is certainly not small, but I'm not overweight by any stretch. If you sit in the chair for more than an hour at a time it can get very uncomfortable! This may not be an issue if you are smaller/weigh less.
4) The chrome of the arms and wheel base really collect dust and finger prints. Not that big a deal really.
Overall I'm fairly happy with this chair for light use. However, I'll probably be investing in a higher quality chair in the future as I have to spend at least 4 hours at my desk everyday and I'm tired of a tired backside!

The chair was easy to assemble and is very comfortable, but the little silver colored plastic buttons are too small for the gaps where they belong. I guess I'll be gluing them in, but then any tightening of the bolts later on will be much harder.

You get what you pay for. This chair does not have enough cushioning. The arms tend to bind you in the side of the leg. The arms at times even grab your pockets, ripped a pair of new slacks because the arms have stubs that stick out too far. Poor design.
More than about 30 min. and this chair becomes uncomfortable.

Solid chair, 1 small problem

Ive only owned this chair for a couple days, but I am very satisfied with it. I got it on sale for $50, instead of the advertised $150. The frame is all metal which is very important for me because my old plastic frame chairs have broken. The leather (Im not sure if its actually leather or not) is very soft and comfortable. The padding is firm and comfortable. Everything is great except for one thing....
The armrests have a square end to them and the inward point of the square digs into my thighs. I a lot bigger than the average person, and this definitely wouldn't be a problem for the average person. But since I have bigger legs and am 6 foot 2, if I have my knees spread apart from each other, these edges dig in pretty good. If your a big person, I would recommend you go into an Office Depot and try the chair out before you buy it.

i have been looking for one of these chairs for a while. One with the best value! good quality at a great price. Im 5'8 and it almost comes up all the way to my head. It is very comfortable and big. Only problem was that the handles were not marked properly.

I have had this chair since Chrismas and I use it at my work. It's pretty comfortable and goes back perfectly unlike most chairs where you feel like you are going to fall back wards. The only thing that is driving me crazy about it are the little things that you pop in to hide the screws fall out constantly and the chair squeaks like crazy whenever I move, Very annoying.

Pros--Great chair, easy to assemble. Very comfortable, very good lumbar support padding.
Cons--Some of the little screw hole covers did not fit so had to shim them in with some tape.
The chair is supposed to be leather but there is no way that it is. The chair reeks of VOC's and we had to put it outside for a day before it "gassed off" all the chemical smells.
For the $60 we paid, it was a good deal. Do not pay list price for this chair.

Do not buy this chair if you require an actual leather high-back chair. First of all, the particular chair that I received in the mail had a 100% PVC label on it. In addition to this issue, the chair does not actually have a high-back as described. When seated, the top of my neck meets the very top of this chair. Considering that I am definitely not tall, the back of this chair should really be described as mid-sized. While my experience may be a chance issue, I, nonetheless, am upset with the item I received.

I actually got this chair on sale for $65. One of the best purchases I have made. I would give it all 5 stars for a chair of that price but had to knock it down to a couple of 4 stars because well $150 is a lot for a chair. But it has great lower back support and comfortable for hours.

All parts, including seats and back, in box come individually wrapped, well protected. All holes properly drilled and aligned for screw placements. Even comes with an extra screw and caps (this often does not get mentioned in reviews, but it is crucial!) Nothing else matters if your parts are missing, scratched, torn, not aligned, etc.) Assembly time: about 20 minutes.

this is my first office chair i have been useing something similar to a folding chair with arms this is alot nicer it has rocking capability but you cannot lock it in tilt position (only locks upright) that is my only complaint - installation was fairly simple very comfertable
