Small but functional
Pros: easy to use, design
Cons: Design

This shoulder rest is too small for some people, but works fine for me, being that I am a small build. It's a little wide for the phone and sticks to my hair sometimes. I still prefer this one and have used it for years. The plastic ones are just too big for me.

Worst purchase ever!
Cons: Build Quality, difficult to use, expensive, performance, Design

The packaged product is extremely misleading. I have bought other plastic shoulder rests in the past that have very comfortable. When I recently had to buy a new business phone, I bought this more expensive "shoulder rest" . It won't stay on my shoulder due to the oval shape & the firmness of the gel. It pulls out my hair & is coming lose from the phone already. I have only had it 1 month. I am going back to the plastic one, if I can find it.

Don't buy, slips, pulls hair, doesn't stick
Cons: pulls hair, does not stay on shoulder, does not stick to phone receiver.

This was a complete waste of money. This shoulder rest slips off your shoulder, pulls your hair and doesn't even stick to the receiver.
I planned to purchase the other shoulder rest that Office Depot offers, but after reading the reviews on both, I'll probably get a headset or go without.
I would NOT recommend this shoulder rest to anyone. It's a terrible waste of money in my opinion.

Horrible
Cons: too small, slips, adhesive pulls hair, inneffective

This is the worst "Shoulder Rest" I have ever purchased. We got a new phone system and had to replace our old shoulder rests, I bought these because they looked like they might be better, they were more expensive, had the comfortable gel, I thought they would be nicer. They are too small to be effective, no matter where you place them, they make your phone slip and fall, they do not provide any comfort, the edges are too wide for the average phone and the adhesive sticks out and pulls your hair out. Everyone in the office threw theirs out and preferred not having one to keeping it. I had to order all new ones, talk about a waste of money. This should be discontinued.

Do Not Purchase
Doesn't attach well to the phone, and slips right off when you try to hold it to type. Go with a headset and save the hassle!

nice, but small for 4 line phone
Cons: too small for our 4 line phone

We purchased 2 RCA 4 line corded phones and attached this shoulder rest. It was just too small for the corded handset to be of much help. We order the harder shoulder rests to see how those work.

We just ordered the handset phone, so we are hoping this product will work with the smaller remote phone.
