I purchased this chair mainly for its good looks and high reviews. It was a snap to assemble and its stylish look was much nicer than I expected. It looks super-comfortable, but is far from that. I have never owned a chair as uncomfortable as this one. It is almost impossible to firmly rest your back on the "backrest". The tilting option advertised does nothing. The chair leans forward to such an extent that you almost feel that you could slide out if it were not for the seat padding holding you in place. Unfortunately, there is no adjustment to correct the forward tilt. If I could keep the chair as an office decoration, I would, but I really do need to use my money wisely to purchase a comfortable chair. There was absolutely no problem with the return to Office Depot.

Bought this chair recently when it was on sale.
It was relatively easy to assemble. We had a minor issue with aligning the right hand rest screws. But nothing too bad. Enjoying the user of the chair so far.

It's hard to tell that it's not real leather, but it is! I bought this chair when it was dramatically marked down, and the color black was not available. Not wanting to miss this fabulous deal, I opted for the brown and boy oh boy am I glad I did. The color is a rich and cozy chocolate, and fits in comfortably with the office surroundings. It was so easy to assemble I was patting myself on the back for weeks! I even took a picture of it with my cell phone and passed it around to friends and family.

The only problem is that the lumbar adjustment dial is stuck, but I haven't had a strapping young man try to unlock it, so perhaps it's just me. Nevertheless, there are others out there like me, so it loses a star for not meeting expectations, as I fully expect to be able to use all the adjustments upon assembly completion.

Overall, unless you are looking for a chair that has more features or is of real leather, you'll never know the difference. This chair will be the centerpiece of the room, and it's wide seat and tall back offer a comfortable sitting experience.

It looks nice. It is comfortable enough. But what terrible construction. The holes on mine dont line up. So itmakes the chair uneven side to side. It just looks terrible when you walk into the room and you see a 5 minute old chair that is lopsided.

I dont suggest this for anyone under around 5'11" as this chair sits very high. At its lowest point it sits about 4" higher than my previous chair. I am 6'2" and it sits that high that I cannot get my legs under the keyboard tray. So if you use a tray, this chair will not slide under the desk, nor will your legs fit under the tray.
