Totally surprised and disappointed
Cons: Difficult to Assemble
Needless to say I was quite surprised and dismayed when I opened the box and found out assembly was required. If that was present when I ordered it, I sure missed it. The only reason I ordered online was for convenience and I would never have done so if I had known I was going to spend untold hours putting the thing together. What do I have to do to return it for a refund?

Pros: came as advertised.
Having bought on line, quality was of concern due to the lower price. Quality not top but price is not top either. Good quality, nice looking and reasonable price. Delivered to my home within 1 business day at no cost. Just what I expected.

Legal files don't fit laterally
Pros: economical, wood surfaces
Cons: legal files don't fit laterally, rather small
The finish and packaging is nice. Take care in assembly since its wood laminate on particle board. Assembly in an hour or so- It wasn't until I was all done that I realized that my legal sized files would only fit front to back like a standard vertical file.

Great Value for Personal/Home Office
I ordered this lateral file on-line sight unseen on-line. My experience with Office Depot branded furniture has been very good. It arrived in 2 days in perfect condition. It was easy to put together, taking me about 2 hours, being meticulous about the assembly process. The file cabinet actually looks nicer than I expected. It's a simple, but nice looking piece of furniture. The quality is good for the very reasonable price. I bought it on sale. Drawers pull out completely so you have full access to your files. It comes with rails, you need only add your hanging folders. The top drawer locks, which was a requirement of mine. I use it in my home office. I like it. Overall it's a very good value.
