The Office Depot Brand Certificate Frame is a good price performer that does the job at an economical price while enhancing the the certificates we give to our golf outing sponsors. I have been using them for many years.

For the price...

Cons: gold trim sometimes sloppy
I have these all over the house. Love them to display 81/2x11 digital photo prints. Easy to use and they don't look bad when arranged with photos. I would have to spend hundreds on frames if I went with better wood and glass. These fit the need and I'm quite pleased.
Yes, I still have some special frames for special prints, but for getting photos up to enjoy, these are great.

Entry level frame
For the low price, you get what you pay for, a basic picture/document frame that is fine for displaying a kitchen license, building permit, fire exit diagrams or perhaps drawings by children, etc. You get the idea. It is a little silly to expect any more than this from a simple but very useful plastic frame. I rated it based on what I presume is it's intended use. I am currently starting to use this frame to economically display my favorite New Yorker covers in my office.
