Outdated maps

Pros: Display Screen
Cons: performance, outdated maps

I purchased this after Christmas this year for use in the summer in Orlando and found I couldn't use it . The three streets our families accomodations were on were not on the maps. These streets have been there at least 10 years.. There is no support available on line and no upgrades for the maps....Purchaser is stuck with outdated maps. .I found it very slow as compared to another model our family owns. If I could I would return it and get one that has accurate maps and updates. The display screen is big and bright but without updated maps it is useless for my family.

Best GPS

Pros: easy to use, large bright display

Easy to use, bright display screen, voice guided is super, make a wrong turn, its puts you guides you back to programmed route!
Information on Hotels, Gas stations, Food and entertainment. Very pleased with my purchase.

Perfect!

Pros: very user friendly!, i didn't have to ask my boyfriend for help

I purchased this as I am very "geographically challenged" . I tried it first on my way to the office, and it even recognized a detour ! Very impressed! I'm going out of town next week, and can hardly wait now! No more Nervous Nellie here!

eh.......

Pros: good travel information
Cons: map upgrade/additions appear to be a problem......

It works o.k., but not great. It takes a long time to get satellites in bad weather. Clear skies no problem. Once in a blue moon it will route you down an oddball road.....you really need to know where your going. That could be true for all GPS.

Also I'm driving to Canada next week.....I'm disappointed to find out the maps end at the USA border. The documentation doesn't really say anything about how to get additional or updated maps.

nice packaging, clear screens, direction and travel information well presented.

Great purchase

Pros: great to find an address food or a gas station.
Cons: i cant think of any cons

I got this GPS for my son at a great price and was wondering how it would do. He went on a trip Christmas day and called me from a large city and said, this was the first time I ever went through the city and not around it. He said this GPS is great. About a week later I went with him to the same place and had him turn it on so I could see how it worked. Very nice. We put in a restaurant and went there like it was the town we live in. I want one just to find places to eat and to get gas.
