Pros: great quality product it meets my needs
Cons: bad service from the online store, i won't buy online again
I like this product, as soon as you put it in you hand you can feel the quality. This keeps my data very secure.
Unfortunately mine did not come with the software (Firefox, etc.) so I had to add that.
The biggest problem I had was this is not the Iron Key I ordered. I ordered and paid for the Enterprise version, I received the basic version, about $14.00 difference. I notified Office Depot via email, they sent a customer resolution form to a distribution center (meaning I have to drive there) and someone with a heavy indian accent I could not understand called me about the order. I received another email wanting to know the reason I wanted to return the product. I'll take the hit in my wallet for this one, next time I will only deal with the store, not online.
