Installed the product and found there are no instructions, when you email support it takes days and they basically tell you they are just a distributor, there is not support phone number.

They do not mention on the packaging it is not compatible with 64 bit.

Doesn't print from Firefox

Cons: Performance, Print Quality, prints gibberish

I'm using Windows XP Pro, current version of Mozilla Firefox. I just bought PDF Creator Pro for $10, at Office Depot, in store.

This program prints acceptibly, though not great, from Microsoft Word, and from Internet Explorer 8, but anything at all I try to print in Mozilla Firefox, current version, it prints most or all of the text in gibberish font. It makes no difference if I select "embed" all fonts or select don't "embed" any fonts, and it makes no difference what the font is.

I imagine the company's attitude would be it's our own pathetic fault for using Mozilla Firefox. I heartily recommend NOT buying this product until they fix it.

I bought the program because allegedly you can rearrange pages. I never got that far - as far as I'm concerned, the thing doesn't even print.

And I"m giving the product appropriate reviews ALL over the Internet.
