I GOT THIS PRODUCT AS A FREEBIE, IT'S OKAY. IT'S BETTER TO USE THE IPOD THAN THE RADIO TOO MUCH STATIC, BUT WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FOR FREE.

Great Gift/Wouldn't Purchase

Like the other reviewers, I got this for free with a purchase which was wonderful. It was a very good gift choice, although I wouldn't pay $50+ for it. I mostly just use it as a clock. The radio didn't impress me - I can never get it to tune perfectly which results in a lot of static. I should mention I have only tried AM channels though, so FM may be better. I also found the sound quality when I docked my iPod was not the best. It is still nice to have though, especially for free!

OK product, but Excellent Freebie
Pros: value for money
I too was able to get this clock radio as a freebie with my purchase. I use it daily at work as a docking station for my iPod. Its small and compact......and it works great.

Average product, but excellent freebie
I was able to get this clock radio as a freebie with my purchase, and I must say, it took some time and a lot of frustration to figure out how to use my Sansa Fuze with this. The docking station provided seemed compatible to the iPod family, and iPod only. Eventually, I realized that using the aux input line was my best bet, and it worked.
The tuner for the radio is a bit testy and sensitive, I wasn't able to get the radio to come in without some slight static in the background, the alarm works as intended it wasn't too soft or too annoying. The time is clearly displayed, and the snooze and sleep buttons are huge, hard to miss. All the buttons are easily accessible. Its made of plastic, and is slightly prone to scratches. The size is perfect for a side table or a student desk, but one thing I would have liked is the option to get it in black, the color right now just clashes with everything I have.
Overall, its a good product, but wait until it goes on sale, its seems a bit pricey (to me) to pay full price (at this writing its priced at $55).
