Annoying
I finally got up after having to drill 3 sets of holes in my desk. It worked well for about 5 days. Then back part broke. My keyboard does not fit. This product is very unsturdy.

Can't use mouse tray
Pros: no pros on this one
Cons: Build Quality, performance, Design, selling you a tray that don't work
You can't use the mouse tray because if you set the keyboard tray out far enough to slide the mouse tray out, the keyboard tray sticks out too far when puched in. If you set the tray back under the desk far enough that the keyboard tray don't stick out, then the mouse tray will not have room to slide out if you have drawers beside it, or it will be under the desk. VERY POOR DESIGN.
