Great Quality Paper - Nice & Bright
We have been using this paper in inkjet and color lazer printers and have had no problems. It does not leave paper dust in our printers; is packaged well, and is a nice clear white. Since we belong to Office Depot Rewards, we receive money back to use for future supplies -- a win, win!

Office Depot Premium Multipurpose Paper
Pros: lowest price when on sale, eqivalent in quality to national name brand papers
#1) I have used the OD "Premium Multipurpose Paper" for several years. In my judgment it is equivalent in brightness, storage longevity, and print and copy qualifty to the much more expensive national name brand papers, which I have also used.
#2) I use the 20 lb. paper routinely in a home office in both a Canon copier and a HP Laserjet printer. I almost never have a jamming problem related to the OD paper in both the Canon copier and HP laser printer.
#3) The most compelling reason to purchase this paper when it is on sale. On the recent 10-reem case I purchased, I received back 50% of the purchase cost on my OD Rewards Account. The regular price for a case is about $50, and this quarter Reward Credit Card I receive in the mail, I will receive back $25.
Thus the actual purchase cost is $25 for a 10-reem case, equivalent to a cost of $2.50 per reem !!! No where else can you purchase paper of this quality and brightness for such a LOW PRICE !!!

"Premium" is over exaggerated
I have been using this paper for 2 years now and have recently become disappointed. It comes with the wrapper glued to the paper, which makes the paper useless since the glue will not come off. And most of the reams are crinkled at one corner, which tries to jam in the copier. I don't know what has happened in the past few months, but this paper's quality has declined significantly.

Good Paper But...
Pros: bright white, few jamming problems
Cons: thin paper
We have been usinge this paper for a while now with good results but your previous Premium bright white paper was far superior.I was very disapointed that it was no longer available.

Stacks more easily from Printer
Pros: stacks easily, no damaged skeins in box
I never paid that much attention to the paper I run through the laser printer. I bought the Office Depot Red and Blue box labeled paper recently because of a worklife rewards promotion. That paper was very hard to stack coming off the printer, the pages stuck together more. Also, the blue box labeled paper had some reams that were damaged when I pulled them out of the case, but the case was not damaged. Because of the nature of the print job, I could not use them, so they were wasted money.
I went back to this more expensive yellow label box paper for my last large print job. Not only was this paper way easier to stack once I pulled the finished pages from the printer, none of the paper was damaged, so all of it was usable. I have used this type of paper for large print jobs in the past and always the paper was high quality, right from the box.
I am not going to use the other paper again, in spite of the cheaper price or any worklife reward promotions. No more red or blue label boxes for me, just the yellow label paper.

WHAT happened to your "Bright-White-High Quality" copy paper?! I have purchased only the Office Depot brand white copy paper for quite a few years. Office Depot came out with a very "bright-white-high-quality" copy paper a few years ago and the last 2 cases I received I was so disappointed. The boxes that the paper came in were fine, but when I opened them to stock on the shelves about 5 reams were damp; just on one corner but enough to ruin about an eighth of each ream. I just recently started to purchase 2 cases on the same order but I will be going back to 1 case per order at this point. I really agree and back up the 2 people that recently sent in their ratings. I believe one rating was titled "Disappointed" and it is very similar to my "complaints" stating that it is not "nearly as bright-white” and the thickness does not feel as if it is the same "20lb" thickness as the previous copy paper you have sold. The rating previous to the "Disappointed" rating stated something about "Good paper, BUT..." and then it went on from there. Sorry but I need to jump on this same "rating-wagon". My printers, copiers and my all-in-one printer/copier/fax are constantly jamming when I use this paper. I have just under a half a ream of the "old" copy paper that I keep separate from the "new" copy paper. There is quite a difference between the two. I really did like the “bright-white" (new) look to previous paper. When I used it I didn't have any trouble with paper jams on any of my machines. I have kept this complaint to myself until I read the ratings regarding this paper when I went to make a purchase of office supplies. I am very busy and this is the reason I have put off calling Office Depot to request a return/refund or a credit towards other items I purchase. I purchase about 90% of my office supplies from Office Depot because of the quality in the past and the savings along with the convenience of shipping and receiving my items within a day or two. Sorry, Office Depot; It really is just not good paper.

OK, But....
I have gone through a couple cases of this paper, and I have had more problems with Jamming. It seems to jam up a lot easier in both copier and laser printers....

This paper says it is "110 Brightness" but it isn't nearly as bright as the paper we had before it that was 99 Brightness. Nor was it as thick as the paper we had before even though they were both 20lb. Our office normally uses Navigator's paper but because of where it was shipped from the paper would come all tore up and falling out of the boxes. I have requested a refund for the cases of this paper that we purchased and will continue to order Navigators. Office Depot did not give me any problems when I informed I wanted to return the paper and their customer service was good. It's just not good paper. :(
