Do Not Buy - Bad Customer Service
Cons: bad customer service
I bought this software several weeks ago from Office Depot. When I installed it, I discovered that the Activation Key would not work. As a matter of fact, it did not have a alpha-numeric sequence that was even compatable with the entry boxes.
I contacted White Canyon Customer Service, which has been a very bad experiece. I have submitted a copy of the Office Deport purchase receipt, a photo of the box, and a photo of the inaccurate Activation Key from the box. Still no resolution after weeks of communication.
I will never buy a product from this Company again.
