I bought several of these a while back when they were on sale. I carry one around in my handbag all the time for file transfers when I'm out at a client's office. My husband also uses one in his business. We've had no problems at all with them. I plug it into the USB port and it always works. I love the folding case; I have another flash drive which isn't portable anymore because the cover got lost somewhere.

Erratic working after 3 mos.
Cons: not reliable
Worked fine for a month or so, then started giving me messages about how it would work better on a 2.0 high-speed USB port. That was when I DID put it into 2.0 high-speed USB ports. I could still access it, but sometimes at a slower speed. Sometimes no error message. After about a month of that, it got to the point where it wouldn't let me access it at all about 25% of the time. It wouldn't even register it was in any USB slot. 50% it would give me the "use faster USB message." 25% it would let me hook it up normally. Managed to get all my files off of it, but I don't dare use it at this point.

Maybe I got a dud..
I saw some of the other reviews and I figure I have a dud because everytime I put it in a computer (several different ones) it behaves as if I'm taking it out and in because it makes that noise as if I connected something and disconnected something. From the first time I got it I always properly eject it from the machine I use. It continously have this problem. It gives me an error msg about cleaning it or something like that. I have several flash drives and this is the only one that gave me a problem. I'll return it to the store I got it from. Had it about a month. Thank God I always back up devices, just in case.

This flashdrive lasted only a month for me. It crashed on me and I lost partitions. I lost all my files.

Great for Backups
Compact, very easy to open, and folds up securely. No software needed, (my Thinkpad recognized it as a drive), and seemed to write large files very fast. For file backups, much easier to use than fiddling with CD/DVDs.

This was a good price for an easy little flash drive. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done with ease. Compact and easy to tuck away for storage.

Best USB Flash Ever purchased
I have backed-up my information on my computer; such as Finances, music, pictures, computer notes etc. on This USB Flash;
And when my computer crashed I would have lost everything, but when I got my computer going again I just had to put my flash in and retrieve all my information. True I had it backed up on a partician "D" Drive, but if I was not able to get the computer up and running again, I still would not have been able to access the info. on "D" drive.
