Great Chair at a Great Price
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable, features, Well Made/ Sturdy, easy to assemble Cons: Packaging
This is a really great chair. It was extremely simple to put together (20 minutes tops) and feels sturdy and solid. It looks great and it's very comfortable. I'm 5'3" and have no problems with the chair being too big as a previous reviewer mentioned. I did quite a bit of research on chairs and I'm very happy with this purchase.

shoddy air piston
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable, Size & Weight Cons: Difficult to Assemble, bad quality air piston
The chair is comfortable and seems rather stable at first but after about 6 months of use, the air piston went bad--instantly. The chair was fine, and then it rocketed down to the floor, and will not stay up. If you get it, get the protection plan!

I am 5'1" tall and the chair cannot be lowered enough for my feet to lie flat on the floor. Likewise, the arms cannot be lowered enough to fit me. You can set the chair so it can rock or lean back, but the back in relation to the seat is always about a 90 degree angle. In addition, the arms wobble.

I FIRST PURCHASED THIS CHAIR FOR MY HOME THEN I LOVED IT SO MUCH I ASKED MY BOSS TO BUY ME ONE FOR THE OFFICE AND I LOVE THE CHAIR BECAUSE IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND FOR SITTING FOR 8 HOURS A DAY THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT.
