Pros: easy to assmble, attractive, grips allow easy carrying without hurting fingers
Cons: cardboard used to hang files
I thought this would be the kind of box with plastic runners attached for the files, and it is not. See pros and cons above.

These hang n stor boxes are not the same as the previous ones I bought which had plastic rails to hold the hanging files. The rails also made it easy for the files to slide back and forth in the box. If you're constantly looking through the files, this makes it easy to flip through the file folders. The newer/current version does not have the rails. Instead, you simply hang the files on the ledge of the box itself. While this works, it does not allow for ease of movement of the files. So, basically this new/current version is true to it's name--you hang and store the file whereas the old version not only allows you to hang and store, but it allows you to move the files with ease within the box. With the new version, it is more difficult to slide the files back to the back of the box as the hanging files sort of get stuck on the edge of the box. This is more for file storage than in-use purposes.

These weren't the ones I ordered last year, even though it was the same style number. These boxes did not included the parts needed to hang the file folders.
