Nice enough tote
Pros: slots / pockets, zippered pocket, fully lined, nice color, stands on its own, holds lots of stuff
Cons: handles may wear quickly, holds lots of stuff
I purchased this tote, but after 3 weeks or so of usage, the handles started to break at the stitching. Office Depot replaced my first purchase with a second tote very quickly. Now I've had this one for more than 6 months and it's still doing well. The handles show some wear, but not enough to keep me from using it. I love the inside pockets and slots for frequently used items: pens, phone, sunglasses, etc. They make it easy and quick to find what I need.

Didn't work out, but Office Depot made it right!
Pros: spacious
Cons: not well put together
I got this tote off of the clearance section for less than half the price... But after a month and a half, 1 strap completely broke off and another was coming off. I sent Office Depot an email about this to see what we could do. The next day they credited my account the price I paid.
Although I wasn't happy with the crafstmanship, I'm very happy with the customer service!

Great looking; poor quality
Pros: looks great
Cons: poor quality
As a freebie with purchase I never expect much. This bag is great looking and I was excited to receive it. I used it as a purse and to tote my netbook with me. After only light use and less than three months the carry straps and the closure strap came apart rendering the bag useless. I had also expected a little better quality than the plastic/vinyl material it was made of.

Average purchase, strap broke after 4 months
I may have carried to many items in this tote, but I figured it was useful for business books, items, laptop, etc. But I guess it couldn't handle all those items at once.
