More Style Then Comfort
Pros: Appearance/Design, features, functional, easy to assemble
Cons: seat cushion needs more padding

This is a very nice looking chair with great style and several features I like. The padded headrest fits nicely into the back of your neck. The padded adjustable arms allow you to set them at a height that's right for you. The mesh back helps prevent your back from getting hot. And the 5 dual wheel casters make it very easy to move around.

The area that needs improvement is the seat cushion. The longer you sit on it, the harder it feels, so some additional padding would have been better. Also, I was a bit disappointed that the star base was not painted properly. It is made of black plastic which was showing through the silver paint. I sprayed it with brushed nickel paint and it looks much better now.

It was very easy to assemble, with very detailed instructions. And they even included the hex key tools you needed along with an extra bolt in each of the 3 sizes.

Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Good chair, but doesn't fit me very well
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable, features
Cons: Size & Weight

Basically, it's a comfortable chair; however, if you are a small female like me (5-1), your feet may not be able to reach the floor. When I lie back, I feel comfortable and relaxed on the chair. I like it, but again, it's not perfect for short people.

Worst chair I ever bought
Cons: Easily Damaged, Quality: Flimsy

I bought this chair as it looks somewhat nice and has a modern look to it. However, shortly after owning it both arms broke off, the paint chipped away, and the stitching is all coming apart.

Trying to get through to their customer service is impossible and you will be put on backorder status if you try to get parts through the warranty which is non existent. When I finally got the replacement parts, it was for the wrong model!

Avoid this chair!

uncomfortable
Pros: Appearance/Design, features, functional, Well Made/ Sturdy
Cons: uncomfortable

The only good point I would give this chair is its appearance. Very modern and expensive looking. But now the bad points. The vinyl is extremely noisy when it rubs against the plastic arm rests. After just a few days the seat becomes unbearably uncomfortable. The material is average, but the cushioning is almost non-existent. I wouldn't recommend this chair at all.

VERY VERY Nice Chair
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable, features, functional, Quality of Material, Size & Weight, Well Made/ Sturdy

I purchased this chair for half-off and free shipping, which was a great deal! Add to that it's a very nice chair. I'm big and tall and this chair is very supportive and comfortable even for me. The chair was delivered the very next business day.

The instructions were very easy to follow along with arrows on the pieces to ensure correct orientation when assembling. It only took me 30 mins to assemble, if that long. The only difficulty came in when it was time to assemble the high back onto the seat and trying to find a chair high enough for me to balance the seat on my lap and screw the back into place since it has to be upside down to do. :-)

Good chair.
Pros: Appearance/Design, features, functional, Quality of Material, Size & Weight, Well Made/ Sturdy
Cons: uncomfortable seams

This chair has a lot of good things going for it.
The only drawback I 'feel' is the seam, in the seat section and the armrest section. It feels uncomfortable.

Excellent chair
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable, features, functional, Quality of Material, Size & Weight, Well Made/ Sturdy

I wanted to move up to a nicer computer chair, sought out some leather high backs to compare. I must've sat in 40-50 chairs in 3 different major office supply stores.

The Carnaby was among the top 3 most comfortable chairs in the $90-200 range (lists at $199). I got it considerably cheaper since it was on sale and I added an internet coupon...totalled 40% off the list price.

It is not leather, but a high quality vinyl that for all the world looks and feels like leather. The materials are excellent and the chair looks sharp and modern! Comfortable, but with just the right firmness to not be sloppy. I'm 5'9" and the top of the backrest hits perfectly at the nape of my neck when I want to kick back....a great upgrade to my previous low back chair.

Easy, straightforward build, with good insructions. I'm a happy camper.

Excellent Chair
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable, functional, Quality of Material, Well Made/ Sturdy

I was in need of a new office chair. As a lawyer, I sit at my desk for 8+ hours several days a week. This chair is comfortable and has padding in all the right places. As an added bonus, it has a sleek, modern look.

Good Looking But...
Purchased this chair based on its nice design. I have received it and the chair makes cracking sound when spinning or moving back. Also, the seating has some metal piece in the middle of it so if you do not sit all the way back you will feel it.

Great office chair
I needed a high quality chair for several hours at my desk. I have been looking for a long time and sitting in a lot of chairs in the stores. This chair is wonderful. Easy to build. I put a 20 minute pizza in the oven and assembled the chair before the pizza was ready. Also included were extra bolts. I love this chair.

Not happy with chair
I paid $180 for this chair..It did well for a week or 2 and after that the mesh became too loose and goes inside when the back hits it (I am only 110 pounds)

The seat is good though...

Not worth the money!!

Excellent Value
I purchased two of these chairs for my law firm. They were extremely easy to assemble and I have been very satisfied with the comfort and quality. I sit at my desk 8+ hours per day and I have not had any issues with the chair thus far. I also purchased a 3rd one today for my home use, using a 25% off furniture coupon.

Office Chair
The chair is very comfortable, However, after 18 weeks of use the seams started splitting about four inches long on each side of the back where the mesh meets the leather. I only wieigh 180 lbs. Office depot has ordered a warranty replacement for me.

For the money, not too shabby a chair
Pros: comfy seat, seems quite durable, pretty good bargain overall
Cons: not quite as adjustable as i would hope, bit rigid out of the box

Like the other guy, I'm fairly big, 6'3, 220. To find a chair, reasonably priced and fits/feels good is rather hard to come by. I paid less than half of list for this thing and, overall, I'm fairly pleased with it.
Out of the box, the chair is a little stiff but that is to be expected. I spend about 4-5 per day sitting in front of a computer so this chair seems a comfy alternative to any stock office chair I have in my office.
The seat is really comfy and cushiony so that's a plus. I wish the back would adjust but for this kind of chair, I wouldn't expect this as an option. Pretty easy to assemble and, again, really comfy. For the price (assuming you paid less than retail for this thing) is quite a bargain.
Only real downside is that since I'm tall, the "headrest" is more like a neck rest. Other than that, it's a nice chair for home or office.

Great investment!
What can I say, best computer chair I've ever owned. As the first reviewer said, I too also paid less than the sale price. Let's just say it was less than $149.99 when I purchased it which was also the main reason for the purchase. Head rest is in perfect position, the actual seat itself is super comfortable and the mesh backing is ideal for people that tend to get hot on full leather chairs. Quality is on par, feels solid, and assembly is required but not hard at all. Easy instructions w/ tools included. Ordered on a Tuesday received on Wednesday!!!

Comfortable/Good for taller people
Pros: seems to be a well built chair, easy assembly, comforable evem for tall people
Cons: only comes in black

Got this chair a couple of weeks ago. Paid quite a bit less than the $250 listed here, I'm abut 6'3" and this is one of the few chairs less than $400 that actually fits!. Goes together easily and seems to be pretty Durable. Adjustable armrests are a plus, again as a tall person, fixed position armrests are sometimes not very comfortable.
