Okay, but not great

Pros: lightweight, easy to use
Cons: ear piece slipcover, accessories weak

Nice product. Lightweight, easy to use. However, plastic ear cover that fits on end of ear microphone comes off easily and gets lost. Must be careful to grab it when you remove the piece from your ear. Came with 3 covers and 2 are already lost (within 1 month). Without the cover, in-the-ear microphone is uncomfortable.
I cannot find ability to buy covers or accessories (like the over-the-ear piece if one is lost or broken) on their website. Needs a better comfort system design than these slipcovers.
Piece works well otherwise. I would recommend, with caution. Would be nice to have the piece come with a storage case.
