The picture is not accurate of the real product. it is to soft slips off the shoulder easyly there is 5 people in my office area. 4 people hate it.

Nice Shoulder Rest

The picture is deceiving. This is actually a nice soft foam, not a plastic. Though slightly smaller than expected, they are still very comfortable to use. Definitely recommended to help with using the phone while typing or other tasks involving hands.
