nice material but wobbled and back kept adjusting
Pros: features, Appearance/Design
Cons: Wobbles
The back had a slight left right wobble, not as much lower back support as you would think for an exensive chair (elastic mesh had too much give) and the adjustable height back was too easily adjusted. Everytime i stood up the back caught on my belt and came up with me. Also i don't know if this was supposed to be a feature or not but the seat didn't recline nearly as much as the back when i leaned back. Wedgy city. went back and i am looking for a good old managers highback chair.

Poor Assembly Parts
Pros: features, comfortable, Appearance/Design
Cons: poor quality of material, not well made/ sturdy
Buyer beware... this chair will sheer the two bolts holding the back of the chair on within one to two years, just after the warranty expires - go figures. Just fell out of mine when going to lean back and the back literally snapped off the frame because of the bolts. DO NOT BUY or you will be buying another chair soon like myself. Comfort quality was good however.

Comfortable & If It Holds Up, A Great Value
Pros: comfortable, good adjustability
Looked at a lot of chairs before I got this one. Obviously, I liked the Howard Millers, but .... NOT in my price range. This one was, and so far it's been great. I have been using it about 4 hrs a day for the last month. I'm 6', 170 lbs. I tried several similar chairs and was really surprised how much difference there was between models that looked almost the same. I found that I didn't like most of the ones that had the sliding lumbar pad - I felt like there was an uncomfortable ridge at the pad's edge. This design is much better, and the back height adjustment gives plenty of lumbar variability.
NOTE: Some early reviewers had trouble with the bolts breaking. My chair came with a 2nd hardware pack, with instructions to use it instead of the original hardware. It looked the same, but I'm sure it included higher grade bolts where they've had problems. If this chair holds up, I'll keep it for years.
PROS: - Comfortable, with very good adjustability - I like the seat depth adjustment - it makes a big difference - Mesh seat keeps you from sliding - Might be a comfort minus if you work in shorts - Arm rests now also adjust in & out (not in the description) - Great value if it holds up.
COULD BE BETTER: - Head rest could use a little more depth adjustability, and you can't remove it easily if you don't like it. But, better than a lot of them. - Adjustable arm rests could use a lock or stiffer detents for the in/out adjustment - they often move when you do. - "Wobbles" just a little on the post. My wife can't feel it, but it bothers me.

Excellent choice
Pros: comfortable, cool, easy to adjust
I've had this chair for two years now, and it has been an excellent choice. The mesh keeps me cool in the summer months (I don't have A/C), and the support is fantastic. I have a desk job that entails sitting most of the day (7-9 hours), and my old chair always left me in pain. I've never had any problems with this chair, from day one. It's easy to adjust, easy to clean, and SUPER comfortable.

Great Chair
Pros: solid construction, comfortable, easy to put together, nice looking, reasonable cost if you can find a coupon, 10 yr warranty
Cons: no true adjustable lumbar support, seat somewhat firm
My old chair started causing me lower back issues. I use this chair 8+ hours a day and it's definitely helped. It's very adjustable, but lacks slightly because it doesn't have a true adjustable lumbar support. With that being said, it's still very comfortable. If I need more lumbar support I can slide the chair seat back closer or move further away for less support. The headrest is nice for those few moments where you can recline and get a little reflection time.
The chair is very high quality. I'd say it's almost on par with the top tier vendors. Solid components and very easy to put together.
seat somewhat firm. I'm sure this will loosen up with usage.

Great Chair, Well Worth the Price
I have used this chair for over six months, and spend at least 8 hours a day sitting in it. It is a very comfortable and cool (temp-wise) chair.

Undesirable Features
Pros: Appearance/Design, Quality of Material, Size & Weight, Well Made/ Sturdy
Workmanship is excellent. It can be comfortable to sit in but, the back of the chair creeps higher and higher as you move about in the chair. Very annoying. The arms of the chair are made so that they can be moved laterally but then cannot be lock into position. Consequently, they more or less move every time you rest yours arms on them.

Review 9 for Realspace® PRO Mesh High-Back Chair With Headrest, 51 3/4H x 29 1/2W x 28D, Black
I like the chair. Comfortable, nicely adjustable, mesh makes it cool to sit on for hours. However...
I've had the chair for almost one year to the day. Yesterday, the two bolts that attach the back to the seat broke sending the back...and almost me...crashing to the floor. It also broke off the inside-facing plastic that covers the bottom of the back's attachment plate.
Office Depot hooked me up with the Manufacturer (Raynor). I have a call into them (offices closed for the day) and since the chair has a 10 year limited warranty, I expect them to take care of the issue. I'll post an update as soon as Raynor responds/resolves the issue to let you know how it goes.
I'll also adjust my ratings according to how Raynor handles things.
If all else fails, two bolts from a hardware store could be used to re-attach the back, but let's see what Raynor does first.

Very comfortable
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable, features, functional, Well Made/ Sturdy
I first sat in this chair at my brother-in-law's house and fell in love with it immediately. While working on my computer for long intervals, I found myself getting tired very quick due to lack of back support. This chair was instantly very comfortable and provided the support I needed. I, immediately went home and purchased the chair. Price wasn't the issue, if I could be comfortable. Also, because it was mesh fabric, I didn't get hot as I sometimes do.

Review 11 for Realspace® PRO Mesh High-Back Chair With Headrest, 51 3/4H x 29 1/2W x 28D, Black
Aside from not including instructions, I am quite satisfied with this chair. My only gripe is that the seat wobbles side to side slightly, but only if you actually try to make it do so. This may be due to assembly error on my part, but there were no instructions, so I will never know.
The chair does a very good job of keeping your spine in alignment, and the mesh keeps you from sweating after long hours at the computer.
As indicated by previous reviewers, the chair doesn't rock like a typical desk chair; only the back moves. It is slightly harder to return to the upright position than in a normal chair due to this.
Overall, I would recommend it. At $350, it is very expensive (I have never paid more than $50 for a desk chair), but very well worth it if you spend a lot of time at the computer.

Very Good Chair
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable, features, functional, Quality of Material, Size & Weight, Well Made/ Sturdy
I tried several executive leather chairs at the store and when I tried this one the feeling was great so shortly after I decided to order it. It was delivered on time. The assembly was very easy compared to other chairs I assembled so far. The gliding seat was not gliding smoothly as one I tried at the store, but not big issue. In general I have not observed anything wrong with the chair yet although I've been using it over 10 hr/day so far. Anyway, I believe it is still too early to say something about the product. 10 yr warranty, so let's see if this one will last that long without any problem.

Great Chair
Pros: comfortable, features, functional, Quality of Material, Size & Weight, Well Made/ Sturdy
This chair has many ways to adjust the seat, back, headrest and arms. I have tendonitis in the elbow and this works great for that condition. It is also great for back support and helps towards good posture. It is comfortable and was easy to put together. The features on this chair are incredible for the price. I had been looking at chairs in the $850 - $1,500 price range and this gives me what I needed for much less! I have had it for several months and am satisfied.

First Impression
Pros: comfortable, functional, Quality of Material, Well Made/ Sturdy
I purchased and assembled the chair the evening this post is written. Overall assembly is easy, consisting of 5 steps. The included screws are well identified, and the manufacturer has included extra screws and an ergonomic hex driver. The one issue I had with assembly came with locating the assembly instructions. I found them wrapped inside the packing that protected the seat back. I recommend the manufacturer place these directions where the consumer will see them immediately on opening the container.
The chair functionally is comfortable, allowing independent adjustment of the seat, back and height. There is a tension setting bar. The directions indicate the tension bar adjusts the effort required to rock in the chair. I find the chair actually doesn't rock; rather, this effects the effort to adjust the seat's horizontal travel before locking it into place.

A good choice
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable, features, functional, Quality of Material, Size & Weight, Well Made/ Sturdy
Easy to assemble, works as advertised, good solid construction, and is comfortable. I use my computer up to 5 hours a day doing research for Grad school and needed a chair like this one.

Good chair, but seat doesn't tilt
Pros: functional, Quality of Material, Well Made/ Sturdy
I've had the chair about a week now. It was easy to assemble--just 6 screws and they even provided a useful tool to tighten them with. It seems to be very well built with no wobbles or poorly fitted pieces. It seems much more sturdily built than my old one (which cost half as much but only lasted 3 years before something broke). Everything works well--I particularly like the adjustable arm rests which my old chair didn't have. This chair is not quite as comfortable as the leather chair it replaces for a couple of reasons. First, the mesh seat feels different than a padded seat--a little like sitting in a lawn chair. I've also noticed that my clothes don't slide over the mesh the way they did over leather, causing my shirt to ride up in the back when I move. These are pretty minor issues to me though and I think the chair will be fine as I get more used to it. And I'm hoping that when summer comes, the mesh will be enough cooler to be worth any minor annoyances like those. My only real disappointment and the reason I only gave it 4 stars is that the seat does not tilt. The back does, but not the seat. I like to work with my keyboard in my lap and when I rocked back in my old chair, the seat tilted back and kept the keyboard at a constant angle to my hands. This one doesn't work that way and it is going to take some adjustment on my part. If you are looking for a chair you can rock back in, this isn't it. Otherwise, it seems to be a very good chair.

Great Desk Chair
Pros: Appearance/Design, comfortable, features, functional, Quality of Material, Size & Weight, Well Made/ Sturdy
Seems like a great chair. Simple to put together. Only 7 screws and they provide an extra screw for each of 3 sizes and the tool to tighten them. I have a Herman Miller Aero at the office and this chair offers better adjustments and is just ,if not more comfortable. Once you use a mesh chair you'll never go back to leather or fabric.

Don't be fooled by this chair being under the Office Depot brand. It is actually made by Raynor, the same people who make the wonderful and rather pricey Ergohuman. In fact, it is marketed in Europe as the "Enjoy" and described as the baby-brother of the Ergohuman. The only difference really, besides the warranty, is that the Ergohuman has a three piece back with the separate lumbar support, and the Quantum has a two piece back (headrest and back support). For hundreds of dollars less, I'd have to say the Quantum is a pretty good value. As for performance and quality, just look up some of the reviews for the Ergohuman, and you'll see that this chair is definitely worth taking a look at.

Great Chair
Pros: adjustability!, comfort.
I purchased this chair a couple of days ago and must admit that it is probably the most comfortable office chair I have ever owned. I am at my desk up to 12 hours per day and was starting to have back trouble from my other chair. This chair is completely adjustable so minor changes throughout the day will take care of fatigue problems. I work with both a lowered level key board and higher level desk top. The chair arms and seat height easily adlust for both positions with a simple move of a couple of levers. The arm rests both move up and down and in and out which makes it great for keyboarding. I am sold on this chair. The chair not only works well and feels good -- it looks good too.
