Low quality, barely acceptable
Pros: low cost
Cons: low quality, high percentage of manufacturing defects
Product arrived on time in correct quantity (purchased 54). A little more than half had some defect in manufacturing (areas not glued, air pockets, creases, deformity).
Returned 10. Two binders were cut, likely by Office Depot warehouse workers using box cutters. The remaining 8 returned were WJ manufacturing defects that made them "unpresentable" but not unusable. Office depot delivered replacements and picked-up defective product the next day. I haven't checked the replacements yet...
It's a low price, economy binder. Okay for routine use, but NOT for high-end clients or professional situations unless you're prepared to have returns to get all good ones.

bad merchandise
I ordered two, both were in bad condition when received. One had spine damage, both sides were already broke and the other one was comming apart on the outer edge.

Great Binders!
We go through alot of binders here-- and these binders never let us down. Very sturdy! The rings are well put together and strong. Front, back pockets-- and spine are also easily customizable. Our customers are always impressed-- and they arrive to their shipping destinations in one peace every time!
