Exactly What I Needed

Pros: features, Performance
Cons: price
This product is exactly what I needed to complete homework and other personal projects. Open Office just wasn't cutting it. (Although I think the price for the software should be discounted for students.)

Does what it needs

Cons: Design, performance, expensive
As one reviewer commented, people need to look at what is included before buying; the review should not be penalized by user error.
I still like the old Office 2000 layout much better than this fancy model. I returned to school and have been bumbling along with that or a freebie like OpenOffice, but a Black Friday deal made it worthwhile to purchase the multi-license edition. If it were not for the deal, I would probably continue with free tools because I do not like this newer layout (starting with Office 2007, I believe). Well, that and I am cheap: Why pay for something when you can use something free? Google Docs, StarOffice (older versions are free), OpenOffice, and other tools are out there, but Microsoft had made itself the standard others need to emulate.

Unsure of compatiblity

I'm hesitant about loading this because none of the information states that it is compatible with Windows 7. Also, not sure if I will keep it because it doesn't include OutLook (that part is my fault because I didn't read carefully.) May try to upgrade to an Office Suite that includes OutLook.

Microsoft Office Home And Student 2010 is one of the best products that has come out in a long time. I've been using Microsoft Office since High School and I think this one is the greatest. It's so easy to use. Thank you so much.
