Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 software installed without issue on both Windows XP Pro and Vista Premium computers. The licence for this software is for up to three computers. Therefore, I find the price to be reasonable. The software is very easy to use but does require a slight learning curve. All changes to your document and text appear in real time and you can see how a change will appear prior to committing to it.
The ribbon bar is highly functional, responsive, and fun to use. Do note that the licence for this package is for home and student use only and may not be used legally for any type of commercial task.
Most schools today rely on Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 or office software. If you have students in the house, this will be a solid choice. It sports an array of creative features that will give you and your children a competitive edge.
