Pros: everything works, vista 64 compliant, price
Cons: monochrome only, a little loud for late nite
I've had all-in-ones since there first were all-in-ones. The customer was always expected to put-up with limitations in order to have compact convenience. This is the very first all-in-one I've been sufficiently impressed with to even call it "good" much less "great."
This all-in-one is outstanding. Easy envelope feed. Great two-sided printing and copying. Flawless auto document feeder (the first I've been comfortable walking away from). Large capacity paper tray. Great!
It's cheap (relatively), feature-packed, and really, really works.
I was so impressed I bought a second one for my home.

Very Good Business Printer

I did a lot of research, read reviews, etc., before I finally settled on this printer. So far, I am very happy with it. The printing is very fast. The quality of the prints are nice and crisp and dark. The duplexing works great when you print, but for some reason, when I tried to duplex from a copy, it did not work. I only tried it once, and maybe I did it wrong. The fax setup is easy and have not had any problems with it. The scanning feature is great and I use it all the time. There are several presets that you can set up to automatically scan to pdf, jpeg, tiff, etc. I am still on my first toner cartridge after six months of business use. It did give me a message once to change it, but I took it out and shook it, put it back in and that was about two weeks ago. The only negative that I can say about this, is when you use the bypass tray for letterhead or something, if you don't make sure the guides are tight against the paper, the print will come out skewed.

Pros: features-size-quality-runs quiet.
Cons: jams with avery 1/3 cut tab inserts.
This is a great all-in-one machine. I'm a Project Controller for a construction company and needed a little bit of a work horse. I've had for about a month and so far I've put every feature to the test. It works great. Although, I've found a work around, the only con so far is when I feed the Avery 1/3 cut tab inserts that aren't a full 8.5 x 11 size sheet it jams. Other than that, runs quietly and the size is also ideal for an unused corner location on your desk. I like it so much, I'm considering for my home office!

Great machine for home office!

Pros: quality, price, size
I love this machine. The copies are great. They come out quickly. I use regular paper, letterhead, address labels, etc. and they all come out beautifully.
The fax machine works great.
The original toner made about 1000 copies as promised.
This is a perfect machine for the home office!

Pros: many different functions, double sided printing
Cons: jams up at times
At first this printer did it's job and worked perfectly. The printer, scanner, the copier, and the fax all worked well until the printer started acting up. When you send the print job for double sided printing sometimes it does not accept it, and if it does accept it, it will only print one side instead of both or it will jam. But sometimes it works. The starting toner also ran out really fast. I would not recommend this if you are considering using it for office use, but it would work well for personal use.
