I am not a big ad type shopper but was in the market looking for a more comfortable office chair that provided more support for my back while I work at home. Well, this,a great time Office Depot emailed out the ad for this chair and it is more than expected. A great great match for my black executive office suite and back support beyond belief! When performing computer work in an office environment, the last thing a person needs to worry about is the chair that they are sitting in. This chair is the best overall for comfort and support and the price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this chair.

Nice Looking Chair - not that great

I purchased two of these chairs for my office, one for me and one for another executive. The chairs were relatively easy to put together and had a nice appearance. The leather feels very thin, and while I can overlook some of the small things the chair is simply not tall enough for normal desks. Both of us are 6' and neither feel the chair is tall enough. What's worse is that the piston in each chair refuses to stay at the maximum height - it keeps collapsing several times throughout the day.

Bought chair 1.5 months ago, and arm chair broke
Cons: Easily Damaged, Quality: Flimsy
I bought this chair 1.5 months ago, and just recently the arm chair broke off. I called the warranty, and they told me that it would take 2 MONTHS to replace the arm chair. 2 Months? Longer than I had the chair. This is ridiculous, that you buy a $200 chair and the warranty is so bad. Worst off the representative that I emailed didn't even respond back.

I’m sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue with your office chair. As the parts replacement center, we do not carry full replacement chairs in our warehouse but can certainly replace the parts that are damaged for you. I have placed your order for a new pair of arm rests, and your confirmation number is 0084708. These parts are currently being remade at our factory, so it will take a few weeks for them to come into stock. As soon as the replacement arms arrive, we will be sure to have them shipped right out to you.
Since this was somewhat of a recent purchase, you may still have the option of exchanging the unit directly with Office Depot as well.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I paid $199 for this chair and although the seat would not rise as high as I would like, I emailed the manufacturer and they sent me a new lift at no cost. They emailed me instructions on how to remove the old lift and install the new one. It only took a few minutes and now it is perfect! I am in the chair for pretty much 7 hours a day and it has great lumbar support and depth (average height/weight female).
I recommend it to anyone especially with the kind of customer service I received from the manufacturer.

What da ya want for the money!
I got this for $73.20. For the price, it is awesome. Yeah, I know it lists at $200.00 this week. However, if you set the price somewhere between to two previous numbers, it is still a good deal.
Comfortable, solid base. Good for part time work. Ergonomics are good. What sold me, and I think many people missed it, was the endorsement of the "American Chiropractic Association." My chriopractor says they are the real deal and not some bogus group created to endorse things.
Such a deal!

Really disappointed in this chair. Only one adjustment and that is for height, which is lower then my old chair!!!!! Tried giving to other office mates... no takers. Now i now why on sales for half price.

Pretty darn good
Just got this chair on special for 87.00 which includes tax and shipping. It was easy to assembly from about 15 pieces as it came with it's own allen wrenches, so you don't need your own tools. The padding is nice. The only disappointment was that the chrome looking parts in the pics are actually silver painted wood. That's not a deal breaker for me as I don't have animals or kids. The controls are nice. The seat does not raise as high as many I have used, but not a thing for me, because I keep my chairs low to avoid cutting off circulation to my legs. If you can get the same deal I did, you won't be disappointed.

So far, so good
I have only had this a few hours, so time will tell, but so far love this chair. The padding is very nice, and the leather looks pretty "real". I bought this because it was rated for moderate use, unlike other chairs which were rated "light".
Hopefully it doesn't break down very fast, because I love the look and feel.
