The lightweight that wasn't
Pros: Display Screen, easy to use, features
Cons: short battery life, loud, hot, heavy, very slow boot

First let me state what my expectation of a small tablet computer is: Lightweight, quick to pull out and start working, quiet, and unobtrusive.
While this product works pretty well and seems to be well made, it has fallen far short of all my expectations of a small tablet. This computer is amazingly heavy for its size. Everyone who picks it up comments on how surprisingly heavy it is. Now weight in any laptop is undesirable but with a tablet, light weight is critical to good ergonomics. It is impossible to comfortably use this in tablet mode for any reasonable amount of time. Second, this runs HOT and the requisite fan is LOUD and runs most of the time. Battery life is pathetic (< 2 hrs). The touchpad is very flaky - even with the sensitivity etc. adjusted. The biometrics works maybe 2% of the time. Finally, time to boot is forever...........Resume from sleep ....... forever. My old Dell laptop resumes almost instantly -- no excuse for this. A tablet more than any other type of computer should pop up almost instantly.
Granted, the price was hard to resist and, for basic tablet capabilities, I think it offers good value. However, if you really need tablet functionality (on-the-go computing), bite the bullet and buy a professional grade unit such as the Lenovo.

Greatest most affordable notebook tablet around!!
Pros: touchscreen, tablet style use, pen hides away with ease
Cons: 12.1" screen wish they made one larger

I bought this mainly for travel and to use when my daughter is using my home PC.
I played with the one note software and learned about the handwriting recognition, and starting playing with this notebook more WITH my daughter than because she was on the PC.
We turn the screen around and practice her homework, and learn together with it, it is probably the best notebook out there with the capabilities of a tablet I have ever seen.
I would not trade this notebook for anything else. I love the fingerprint login, touchscreen, and sounds quality is great!!!

Good things do come in little packages
Pros: brightview screen gives nice crisp images, weight under 5 lb, touchscreen can be operated by finger touch, 250 gb hard drive great for such a small notebook, built in webcam/microphone, finger print reader makes passwords unnecessary
Cons: battery very heavy and large, battery run time short

This computer is great, everything I was looking for in a very small size. Extremely easy to carry around, not at all heavy and, exceptionally easy to use. I am a full time college student with a full time job and this computer is able to stretch between the two without being complicated or requiring additional memory or features. The tablet handwriting takes a while to get used to but became second nature to me after a few weeks. As a student, I don't think I could live without this feature now, note taking is so simple and all my notes and class work are in one place.

Big power for little dollars
Pros: huge hard drive space, very fast gpu cpu and memory, audio quality is outstanding, touchscreen allows finger input as well as stylus, 300 mbps wireless is excellent quality, sturdy frame design feels durable, keyboard very feedback-friendly, trackpad can be enabled/disabled easily
Cons: runs very hot, loaded with tons of bloatware, no windows disc just recovery partition, small screen size, heavy for a tablet, hp does not have xp drivers you must use vista, dual headphones share signal channel, arrangement of home/end/pg up/pg dn keys awkward, poor battery life with included 6 cell

This is practically a gaming laptop here with the horsepower thrown in. I'm not a huge fan of the small screen (12.1" is pretty small) or the weight (lots of other tablets come in lighter than 4.51) but I'm pretty satisfied overall at this beast.
The rubber sticky pads that cover the screw holes in the frame of the LCD screen come off easily -- be careful not to lose yours, two of mine fell out in the first week of ownership.
Without overclocking, I can easily play Guitar Hero III, Age of Conan, The Sims 2, etc. with low-to-moderate settings. 9-15 FPS in AoC.
The heat fan is always on in BIOS -- you can hit F10 during boot-up to enter BIOS and set it to only need the fan when the CPU gets hot. Problem is, it gets hot enough to feel like the fan's on constantly anyway, unless the laptop has been idle long enough.
Touch screen without having to use the stylus is a plus -- other touchscreen types don't always allow this.
The dual headphone jacks share the same signal channel, so if you're on a plane or something, you and a friend must both listen to the same audio (i.e.: you can't listen to a DVD while they listen to MP3s).
