I have ordered this item from Office Depot numerous times and am completely satisfied with it. Never had a problem with my labeler or this tape (which was specifically stated to work in my labeler). To assist the young lady who did have a problem just call Office Depot and they will take care of the matter for you.

does not fit all stated models
I order office supplies for my office and I am becoming a constant customer due to the ease of online ordering. I do not like the return process for online orders and take care to order things that will not need to be returned. This prduct does not fit the PT 1880 model as it states and I am not happy about having to return an item that the description states is compatible.
